Butter fly.

Never again will I make a butter sculpture.

Oh, please don't stop making butter flies! That thing is just too cute. You must have really cold fingers though. I think I would have just ended up with a messy puddle of melted butter. - G

cute!!! ahaaha there is a tradition at the minnesota state fair of making life size sculptures of the butter queens... it is awesome... the girls sit in this big glass spinning refridgerated dome and the artist (Ms. Kay of the Milky Way) uses a knife and sculpts their exact likeness from giant blocks of butter... it is insane and fascinating

I can imagine that butter isn't a very pleasant material to sculpt in. My worst material to work with was hair and glue, when I made my sculpture - Fetish. It was like kneading hairy dough and it took ages to get it all off my hands afterwards.
